XERRA MEDIA provides digital marketing services including but not limited to social media management, content creation, SEO optimization, email marketing, brand strategy, and analytics reporting. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to accounts and platforms. You agree to provide all required materials and information in a timely manner to ensure successful project completion.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for their project. XERRA MEDIA retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

XERRA MEDIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, payment for all completed work is due immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
